Automatically copy public folder contacts to user contacts?

We have exchange 2003 SP2 and a Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1. Our problem is we have our company contacts in a public folder which we obviously can't get at from a blackberry. So we either have to sync with a wire or manually copy them over. Blackberry doesn't support what we're trying to do.

Is there any solution to this that anyone knows of? The goal is to wirelessly sync those public folder contacts to the user's blackberrys.

I believe this is what you are looking for:

1. Open Blackberry Desktop Manager and connect your device
2. Open the "Synchronize" application
3. Once the Synchronize screen appears select the "Configuration" tab at the top
4. On the Configuration tab select "Configure Synch.."
5. Select the data type you wish to change e.g. Address Book
6. When prompted select "Outlook"
7. From the next screen you are able to choose which public Contact List you wish to sync with. You may also need to remove your current address book if that isn't required.

That still doesn't offer wireless sync for public folder contacts. BES does not support this so I'm more looking for a third party software.

I already looked at Epicenter but that only syncs the GAL.
