I can authenticate with my xp laptop if I manually go into my wireless network card properties and select PEAP along with the certificate. My issue now is getting XP SP2 to connect withour having to make those changes manually. Vista seems to work fine.

Also check to see if fast reconnect is enabled in your wifi settings.

See if you can see the logs on the aironet, and the windows server.
