Appointment Attendee Availability tab missing - How do I get it back?

Outlook 2003 Appointment sent and cannot view to see who has accepted or declined. The Attendee Availablity Tab is not there. Where could it be?

It won't appear until after the first response to your appt.

It has been accepted and declined by more than one person. I found the tracking messages on the server confirming that. The assistant had updated the meeting previously can that remove the Availability tab? It does not show on the Organizer or the Assistant's copy of the message.

Not sure, have anyone accepted the modified meeting? Can she send it to you, you accept it, and then see if the tab has returned?

Yes, there are accepted responses from the updated appointment still no tab.
