1 ESX Server accessing Multiple VLANS?

I have a couple ESX servers and I want them to be able to run some servers with different subnets

IE:

DC 10.248.5.1
DNS 10.248.6.1
DHCP 10.248.7.1

now my problem is that all my ports are either assinged to one of the three VLANS, if I take out assignments nothing works, if I leave it on a certain vlan, I can only assign addresses to a server from that VLAN. I want to be able to do all this off of 1 nic and 1 port, any clues?
