2 clients can't connect to exchange on the VPN

I have 2 people using laptops that connect remotely via Cisco VPN.  While connected, I can ping the server IP, as well as by server name. I can access all mapped drives, and browse the internet. I can even do OWA. But it will not connect via OutLook to the exchange server. If I connect the laptop directly to our network, it works fine in outlook.

I'm at a loss. I can't figure out why outlook will work on the LAN, but not on the VPN. At least while I can resolve server name, and access the network. Any thoughts out there?

Oh, and the VPN is working for about 10 people, just not these other 2. Thanks
