Analytic Functions min/max date employees, department
I need to get the List every Department name and (if it has any employees present) its youngest
employee (full name) and eldest employee (full name) .

It's not so much a matter of insulting as much as leaving something unfinished.
The standard grade should be an A, with B's and C's indicating increasing levels of incompleteness or error.
"perfect for my requirements" sounds like an A.

You can also use the "request attention" link to reopen a question so you can do splits or rearrange points or otherwise change preexisting grades and point awards.

2. Should we assume your output is like the following?
Department name, Full name of youngest employee, Full name of eldest employee
IF yes, how about those department with more than one youngest/eldest employees?
3. Is "Full name" First name + <space> + Last name?
