forest trust creatiion

Dear all expertise,

I followed http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc756852.aspx and raise the forest level to Windows 2003 native but when I create forest trust it keep saying can't find my domain, say A.LOCAL.

when I am in one of the domain controller in A.LOCAL (secondary forest) and try to find domain controller in B.LOCAL (the primary forest), it works ! when I do the same thing from the other way around, it works also.

But in the forest trust wizard from primary forest to secondary forest, it keep saying that it can't find A.LOCAL and the trust can't be create.

Any suggestion?

My guess would be that you need to do some DNS configuration.  Have you created stub zones in both of the domain for the remote domain?

Dear Willet,

It has some DNS error before but it don't have it anymore, it says that "The DNS server encountered error 32 attempting to load zone...."

I don't have stub zone as the link I send you don't tell this. Secondary zone only need if my Systme is running Windows 2000.
Daer Willettmeister,

you are right. stub zone solve my problem.
