OWA works fine.
port 443 must be ok as well as my certificate because OWA uses https
it fails during the auto discovery process
it act like it doesn't know where to go. i think it may be external dns issue

I'm afraid that I don't have a 'list', but I may be able to help you narrow down and isolate the problem. Generally speaking, I don't use Outlook Anywhere - but I DO use Outlook Web Access, and they share many of the same requirements and prerequisites. So, my initial questions to you;
1) Have you ensured that your firewall has the appropriate ports opened? For example, you might come unstuck if port 443 isn't available from outside (this is used by default for HTTPS & SSL data transfer).
2) The most obvious question, perhaps - precisely what happens when you attempt to use Outlook Anywhere from outside your network? What are the symptoms of failure?
3) Does Outlook Web Access (OWA) work from outside?
