I have a customer that has an Axcess Phone Sytem from Inter-Tel and they want to be able to administer the system through the Session Manger software package. It works fin in the office but once they go home they can not log in to the system through the VPN<br />
<br />
We have a Foortinet fiirewall with PPTP connections to tnhe office Network. All the Servers and other devices on the network are available but the Inter-Tel system is not reachable even through a ping.<br />
<br />
Does anyone know if the session Manager can be used through a VPN?<br />
