Yes I know. &nbsp;Setting a corporate policy is better than trying to set up an IT-related solution like this... however the problem with that is detecting it, and then actaully gettnig disciplining done.<br />

The people in charge dont' see the harm in spanking our internet connection, and the people who use it don't want to give it up.<br />

So my solution? &nbsp;Make it sound like it's coming from a tin can, after it finishes buffering 30 seconds for a 10 second chunk of music... I wanna knock them down to about 10 kbps.<br />

I'm willing to set up a proxy, or I'm willing to configure our existing Cisco ASA 5510 firewall. &nbsp;Or anything else. &nbsp;Plannign on putting a proxy in anyways for security, but I figure this can be another reason for me to move it up on my priority list.
