When exporting ssrs Drilldown report to XL, I lose Drilldown feature in XL
I created a ssrs report with drilldown capabilities. When I export report to XL the XL document does not give me those drilldown feature and opens up all drilldowns. I believe I did get drilldown features carried over to a XL document at one time but not sure. Is this possible or not?

I found another case where the drill-downs no longer show up when exporting an SSRS report to Excel. By default, the Hidden property of an SSRS matrix is set to False. If this is replaced by an expression, the drill-down functionality will no longer be available in Excel.
In my case, I had a report with two different layouts. Using a report parameter, the user could specify which layout to use. I controlled the visibility of the two matrices using an expression in the Hidden property. This works, but as mentioned, the drill-down functionality in Excel is lost.
I'm using SSRS 2005 and exporting to Excel 2007.

Are you doing this through a matrix style report or a standard table report?
I have done this before with table reports, but not matrix.
