Hi,
Are you logged in as an administrator?

ASKER

Nope I am not a administrator on my system.
normal user
That's the reason. The administrator can start the kernal mode drivers not a normal user.

So is that not possible i can give permission to services and add user to ACL?
I am not very good at permissions and policies side but if you could impersonate as an administrator when starting the driver, then the problem may be solved.

there is no other way to start the kernal mode drivers for normal user?
According to a website, Vista blocks all kernel mode drivers. Microsoft advocates user mode drivers. I have googled myself and unable to find any information. Try logging in as an administrator and run the profiler. If it works then it means the reason is user. If it does not work even with administrative permissions then something else is wrong.
