Does anybody know what this means and how to resolve it : Operating system error1008 (An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist)

On trying to restore a SQL2000 db to SQL2005  I get the following error . The drives are on SQL2005 cluster.
RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally.
Problems were identified while planning for the RESTORE statement. Previous messages provide details.
File 'Documents_Log' cannot be restored to 'K:\tlogs\documents.ldf'. Use WITH MOVE to identify a valid location for the file.
Directory lookup for the file "K:\tlogs\documents.ldf" failed with the operating system error 1008(An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist.).
