We have some huge mailboxes and I'm running exmerge to reduce the amount of data on every single mailbox. I will apply quotas to the mailboxes after i can decrease the size of every single item. What I want is, get the pst files generated by exmerge and import them into a local pst on every single outlook client. When I import the PST, that mailbox grows again on the exchange server. How can I force outlook to keep the backed up pst in its local DB.?
