Why Doesn't My Client's Firefox Browser Play YouTube Videos?
Hi,
When my client clicks on a YouTube video, a box pops up stating Flash has to be installed. Then we try to install Flash, and he still can't play the video. Does anyone know how to correct this? Should I try installing Firefox again? Will that even help? If that doesn't help, what should I do?
I only see him once a week. He's in the entertainment biz and really wants to watch the videos.
Thanks.

There are also a few different types of flash installers (from Adobe/Macromedia). One is an exe that only installs the plugins (this is the normal one). There is also an ActiveX control version that installs an ActiveX control too. Sometimes you need that one instead.

OK, I'll keep that in mind.
