Linksys PTZ IP Camera Not Accessiable Over The Internet

We have a client that we just upgraded from a bunch of workgroup PC's to a SBS on a domain. DSL modem. After the upgrade, the 4 PTZ IP WVC200 cameras that used to work using DDNS Sololink over the web no longer work. They are able to be viewed inside from a browser, but not from outside the network (on the internet). Even though all the ports are setup the way they used to be. They all have internal static IP's, DNS is setup correct. But no luck.
Now the shop has a static IP, which it didn't use to, so when I try to connect over the static, say - 216.216.216.216:1024, I get a "page cannot be displayed" error. I get the same exact error when I setup the Sololink piece that used to work. However, once I set the Sololink up on the camera's pages, it takes the configs and says congrats, but when I close the browser and get back into it, it is all blank again. Has anyone seen anything like this?
I have tried two different modems and just today took one to my house and set it up there and I get the same results. Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated!!!
I tried a firmware upgrade on 1 and it didn't make a difference.

Thanks in advance!

Make sure your DDNS is updating, you can check this by going to whatismyip.org from your browser when you are onsite and then attempting to resolve the DDNS name and see if you get the same IP. Your upgrades shouldn't have any effect on the cams unless you changed to a different network internally or something. You didn't mention what type of firewall/network setup you have either, that is assuming you do not have all public IP addresses of course.

We used to have to use the DDNS becuase we had a dynamic IP. Now however, we have a static. I should be able to plug into the external IP address of ex: 216.216.216.216:1024 and should be set. However, it just errors out. So then I tried to use the Sololink too and the same happens. I have a old model Linksys camera that is working just fine, but none of the 4 IP WVC200's are.

Yes, the internal structure did change, but I updated the internal static IP's of the cameras to reflect the new network changes.
I see, I assumed you still had a dynamic public address. Are you assigning public addresses to all your internal devices as well or are they using NAT? Also are you using HTTP or HTTPS to access these devices from the public interface?

By default in the DSL router, NAT is setup. The 1 public IP is sent to the QWEST MOTO 3347 router. That feed is sent to another Linksys dsl modme/router w/ a built in firewall. I have the MOTO forwarded ports to the Linksys, then to the cams.

However, I originally had just the MOTO setup to port forward to the ports needed. And the one older Linksys IP cam is working and viewable over the internet, but the other, newer 4 are not. Odd. And the cameras are forgetting there DDNS as soon as the browser is closed.

However, putting aside all of the DDNS stuff, I should be able to set the alternate port for HTTP/Web connections to 1024/1025/ etc. and put in 216.216.216.216:1024 to view them. But nada.
I'm just curious why you don't connect a switch and just use the MOTO? That double NAT setup could cause some issues, I know it was working before but you mentioned that you have changed your network setup. It may be something in the way the new cams send their data over HTTP that the double NAT is jacking up.

I have tried both. Currently it is on the two modems. But, I have tried it on the single MOTO.

I have also tried it from my static IP at my house and still the same results.
I guess we just need to start at the beginning,

I noticed that the ones that aren't working are wireless, is the one that is working wireless as well?
Are your wireless devices on the same subnet?
Did you put the gateway IP in their configuration?

They are all wireless capable. However, all of the wireless options are disabled. I have all 5 plugged in via CAT5E into a 24 port Liniksys switch.

The GW / IP / DNS all seem to be configured right, but none of the WVC200's work from outside. Only inside. But, the older model does work via the SOLOLINK piece, but not over the Static IP:Port.
