Hello,

Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 2.1 (Panama)
Kernel 2.4.9-e.24smp on an i686
and BIND 9.2.1
i looked on internet and found about yum but i don't have it installed on my system
i want to patch the BIND version i have so i have 2 options:
1- install yum package but i don't want to disturb my system as i will have problems to revert back
2- simply update BIND, but don't know how to do it ?
