Microsoft, Windows, 2003, record CPU Usage

Hi all,
I need to be able to record (log) a single processes CPU Usage. The process is started every day so it needs to do so without a specific PID.
This needs to record the data shown in Task Manager - CPU (%).
I have tried Perfmon 0 Process - % Process Time but it does not give me the actual CPU Usage (ie I get results of +100). I have ensured this is not due to the Dual-Core CPU by assigning the Affinity to only 1 core.
Is there any software that can record this as a log file of some kind?

Thanks
