How can I convert from Access (MDB) to SQL (MDF) without having access to a SQL server?

I'm trying to convert a database from Access to SQL.  The problem is that I am still in the process of developing my ASP.net application.  So, I don't want to put the converted SQL database on a SQL server.  I have SQL Express installed with Visual Web Developer, so my hope is that I can continue to develop the application with the SQL database on my PC.

I've tried using the upsize wizard in Access while the SQL Express service is running on my PC, but my PC does not show up as an option.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
