telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

Netbackup service is installed on all servers,

Master server is solaris
Media server is Solaris
Clinet is Windows NT

backup is failing .. with error 57 (Client connection refused)
I found..

bash-2.03# telnet <win..host name > bpcd
Trying 1x.xx.xx.xx....
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

I checked host file.. server list.. bpcd configuration... so not sure.. what to do.. now..

even twice we have restarted netbackup service on client..

Hi guys

sorry for delaying in reply. sudenly i went on vacation for 10 days.. so ya.. I have asked to check firewall and could not find any firewall blocking and later I have requested to reboot server.. that solved our problem and reset all ports. and now everything is going smooth...
