SMTP: 571 Delivery not Authorized, message refused

Hi
We are getting a message There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.
            <mail.stjohnocala.org #5.5.0 smtp;571 Delivery not authorized, message refused>

I have checked and we are not on any black list. If there is any thing else that I can try please let me know.
Thanks

This error code typically means you are blocked. Use the link below to check you mx record and make sure you have reverse dns setup and can also check blacklists. Also try to telnet  from your email server to port 25 on the destination server and see what response you get.

"Thank you for your help that worked." Sounds like points should be awarded rather than the question deleted.
