Hi to all,
I would like to create PDF file in Access 2000 by VBA code.
Is there a way to save or export forms or reports in PDF format? I prefer not to use third party software. I need to distribute this database to different users and do not like them to be confused by another software.

Thanks

No. Your enduser must have some form of PDF creation software on their machine, and in order for your application to work correctly you must know which they are using ... in other words, you'd be much, much better off either (a) specifying what software your enduser must have (and then checking for it) or (b) deciding which to use and then shipping that with your app.

The standard for this is the Lebans method: www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm. This is freely distributable.

Thanks LSMConsulting. It is not what I realy like to do but it seems I have no other option.
I accepted your solution but again when I clicked on submit, the point allocation page did not come up on my screen. I would like to assign 500 points to your account but dont know how?!!
