Hello Experts
We are having a Brother 4100e fax machine here
From last Tuesday, we keep receiving a huge fax with 922 pages accidentally sent by someone through email. The first page is actually the email, and the rest pages are just some weird symbols.
Our fax machine is not connected with a computer.
Every time I clean up this job, it will keep coming back, then I have to hard reset the machine again
Please help
Thanks

If the document is printing from memory then:

From http://welcome.solutions.brother.com/BSC/public/us/us/en/faq/faq/000000/000100/000095/faq000195_023.html?reg=us&c=us&lang=en&prod=fax4100_us

  1.Press the Menu key.
   2. Press the navigation key until FAX appears on the LCD. Then, press Set.
   3. Press the navigation key until REMOTE FAX OPT appears and then press Set.
   4. Pressthe navigation key until FAX STORAGE and then press Set.
   5. Check the setting. The display will read ON or OFF. If the setting is ON, press the navigation key until the display reads OFF.
   6. Press Set.
   7. If you have faxes stored in the memory, you will receive a message that reads Erase all fax? 1. Yes 2. No. If you want to erase all the faxes in the memory without printing them out, press 1 (Yes) and then press Stop/Exit.
If you would like to reprint the saved faxes, press 2 (No), press Stop/Exit and continue to the following steps for instructions on how to print stored faxes.

If you do need the features that require Fax Storage to be On, the stored faxes will need to be erased or printed to remove them from the memory and to allow additional memory to be available. Follow these steps to print the stored faxes:

   1.      Press the Menu key.
   2.      Press the navigation key until FAX appears on the LCD. Then, press Set.
   3.      Press the navigation key until REMOTE FAX OPT appears and then press Set.
   4.      Press the navigation key until PRINT FAX or PRINT DOCUMENT appears and then press Set.
   5.      Press Fax Start.
   6.      After printing is finished, press Stop/Exit.

Also check the sender doens't have it on redial/resend awaiting a confirmation.
