I want to see some Exchange statistics, t.ex.:
- how much space is occupied in mails older than 1 year
- how much space is occupied in peoples deleted items folders

I know i can make recipient policy, but then the report is send to the individual mailboxes.
Isnt there a smarter solution to get the big picture?

You could take a look at a 3rd Party App such as the Admin Report Kit for Exchange.

The tool was great, but not exactly for my purpose. At least not the trial version.

I am using ExMerge as the solution, and it actually does the job.
