How do I manually Uninstall the software

One Touch 4.0 is installed twice on my computer.  It appears corrupted.  I attempted to Uninstall using Windows Vista Uninstall Software.  An Error Message staets, "There is a problem with the Windows Uninstaller package.  A protram run was part of the setup did not finish as expected."

I am unable to Uninstall other programs using the Vista Uninstall.  Is there some way I can uninstall other than using the Vista program?

I don't have enough battery life to check if OneTouch is spyware, etc, but you could try to:

1. Make sure the program isn't running at all (Task Manager)
2. Rename or move the folder where the program is installed (if there are no side-effects it can be deleted, good to have a backup just in case).
3. Use a program like Spybot Search & Destroy to remove the listing in the Add/Remove Programs box
4. Use a registry cleaner to ensure old traces of the app in the registry are removed. Never follow advertised links on the Internet to clean your PC/registry for free since these are usually rogue programs that cause more trouble for you. Try the one at http://www.ccleaner.com/ (I can't remember which of the recommended ones are free - perhaps someone else can check that for me or go through a review article on the subject)

Hope this helps
