Totaly remove Outlook 2003 from Exchange 2003 (SBS2003)

Hi, i have a server (SBS2003) with Exchange 2003 and there have been installed Outlook 2003 on that server, i have removed Outlook but still some external programs get error like this.
error from Mapi:
Your profile is not configured. [Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store - [MAPI_E_UNCONFIGURED(8004011C)]]
InfoStoreAddress: xxx@xxx.xx Server name: xxxxx.
Path for installed Cdo.dll:
 C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin\cdo.dll

Hi,
As you might be aware that Microsoft does not support Outlook install on Exchange 2003 server.
Well the best solution to over this issue as suggeted commonly is to Backup/Reinstall Exchange 2003 server, to have a clean setup. At the same time you would like to look at a few URL for refernce:
