BBPostScript does not mean anything. A printer can be given any name you like. The best way to find out is to go to printer Properties. Click on the Advanced tab, and see what driver it uses (in the Driver drop-down).

The driver is a BB PostScript Creator.

The port is JawsPDFCreatorPort.

Maybe this is some random software that was installed???

Do you use Blueberry software (specifically, BB FlashBack, a screen recorder package to create demos)? It's possible that software uses a special driver to create a PDF via Jaws PDFCreator.

If you don't know about Blueberry, it's safe to delete it. Or, you can leave it since it will not do anything that will upset your PC.
