Problems with Exchange after Upgradeing to Windows 2008

Hi,
i've massive Problems with my Exchange Server 2007 Ent. after upgrading to Win 2008.
The Informations Store does not start.


any Ideas?

Did you upgrade an Windows 2003 server with Exchange 2007 to Windows 2008??
What version on Exchange 2007 are you using?? RTM or SP1??

Also some upgrade paths are not supported. Refer to the links below
