Hey experts!

I'm looking for a way to make a hyperlink that would set the current page as the user's new homepage.
I've found some information on google and here but everything seems to be outdated and doesn't work with the latest version of Firefox.

I've found Javascript solutions like this one, but they don't work with FF nor IE7:

Anyone knows if it's possible to do this and how?

Thanks for your help,
FrankI

Firefox does not allow scripts to set the homepage as a security precaution.
