EMWAC IMS MIGRATION TO EXCHANGE

I use the free mail engine EMWAC IMS and i would like to migrate user and mail to a echange 2003,
Some user are on Oulook Express and some are Outlook 2003,

Hi,

NOTE: The answer to your Question is that there is no direct Migration from EMWAC IMS to Exchange 2003. So that is not an option.
Lets talk about the solution:
  • See good news is that you already have users on Outlook 2003.
  • Great you can do this....create PST Files and archive all mails per user basis.
  • Now go ahead and install Exchange setup properly. I had answered steps to fully implement 2003 earlier, follow that:: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/Q_23545500.html
  • Now once your Exchange is setup use those PST Files to populate data into user mailboxes either using ExMerge or through Outlook directly (copy paste)
This is the best solution to your question.
