Hello, i have a Cisco Service Swtch model 2821. &nbsp;I console iinto the router only to get a ROMMON. &nbsp;I neeed to reinstall the image. &nbsp;I have tried to use &nbsp;the TFTPDNDL command and I tried to get hte IP address,subnet mask and gateway info through the &quot;set&quot; command &nbsp;and I get other information not any pertinent info needed for the TFTP downlaod. &nbsp;We are areseller of equipment. &nbsp;What wopuld be the best way to get the image relaoded?
