NO Image, ROMMon prompt

Hello, i have a Cisco Service Swtch model 2821.  I console iinto the router only to get a ROMMON.  I neeed to reinstall the image.  I have tried to use  the TFTPDNDL command and I tried to get hte IP address,subnet mask and gateway info through the "set" command  and I get other information not any pertinent info needed for the TFTP downlaod.  We are areseller of equipment.  What wopuld be the best way to get the image relaoded? Thanks,

rommon 3 > set
PS1=rommon ! >
GE_PORT=0
?=0
WARM_REBOOT=FALSE
RET_2_RTS=15:48:25 UTC Mon Jul 3 2006
BSI=0

do a goolge to "how to download a software image to a cisco 2600 via tftp using the tftpdnld ROMMON Command"
once you have a tpft server with the image that you need, or copy the image from another similar router that is working on the tftp server use commands:
IP_ADDRESS=10.253.100.126
IP_SUBNET_MASK=255.255.0.0
TFTP_SERVER=10.253.15.72
DEFAULT_GATEWAY=10.253.1.1
TFTP_FILE=(the name of the IOS that is saved on the TFTP server)
where your broken router will be 10.253.100.126 and the tftp server will be 10.253.15.72
the tftp server you can use is PUMPkin (google it if you not have a tftp server)
use the command tftpdnld
other reference  Restore the cisco IOs to a router from articles.techrepublic.com
hope this can help, same problem just solved it
