.NET 3.5 Application will not start as limited user

Anyone have any ideas why my application (.NET 3.5) will not launch as a limited user.  If I login as a administrator it works fine.

No error messages or event logs

you are probably trying to access a resources that requires more privileges. You will have to trace to find where it blocks.
