domU doesn't start after power outage

We recently had a power outage now I get this error when I try to start our domU.

VFS: Can't find ext3 filesystem on dev dm-0.
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

Any help is appreciated.

Try to boot the server via a LiveCD and fix your file system via 'fsck'.

Boot the dom0 with the liveCD? or the domU?

If its the domU that is having problems, then use the LiveCD against it.
