How can I remote into Red Hat Linux Server and Mandrivia with a Microsoft XP or 2003 Server?

I want to be able shared folders vice versa between Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft XP with Linux Red Hat 5 and Mandrivia workstation.

Use Samba to share files, printer between Linux - windows and windows - linux
