I'm trying to call a tech-support phone number as shown below. Dialing from Australia to America, where I have to dial 0 to get an outside line. I've tried putting a '01' (1 is the country code) before the number and that doesn't work. I am an admin and have made sure I have international dialing permissions, so I just need to know what to punch into the phone since I've never dialed overseas before and a quick Google didn't help.<br />
