Outlook 2007 client keep prompting for logon credentials

After recently installing and configuring exchange 2007 i started moving mailboxes from the 2003 to the 2007 store.

After reconfiguring outlook to point to the new store it keeps on prompting for logon credentials. Has this got something to do with the SSL cert or is it just a setting I'm missing somewhere. If i put the the credentials in domain/username it works fine, but I can hear users complaining already.

Any advice?

Hi
I face this problem
This happend when the user need to download the Offline Address Book
Try it and you will see that you will be prompted for password
this also happend when OAB is configured to use SSL HTTPS
reconfigre this
get-oabvirtualdirectory |set-oabvirtualdirectory -internalUrl https://exchange.sgbsy.com/OAB

This is caused by the Common name for the SSL dose not matching outlook request
like your cert is configured with CN=External.company.com
and outlook is downloading the OAB or other service from
https://internal.company.local
another fix is to split your DNS
