What files are in use

I need to change a report but not sure what the report name is. Any one know about a good program that I can use to see what files are in use when working in a applcation?

Could you give a little more information about the involved program(s).

When your program is running Filemon will list file events - which can be too much info a lot of the time.  However, you can use Handle.exe with either the program name or its process ID to see what files it has open.  So I'd go for that one if I were you.
