ms sbs 2003 domain, 20 clients. WE have been faxing contracts that have been word documents, recently we were given a few pdf files that need to be faxed also. i have one client who cannot fax pdf files through outlook, he receives the message "not all attatchments can be rendered". he can fax the pdf file through the print option but because he usually has to fax 5 or 6 documents at the same time outlook makes it easier because he can do them all at once. the other clients in the office can fax pdf through outlook. and if i log onto his box with another user acount i can fax pdf through outlook. this leads me to believe it is a setting within outlook  that i have to change. burned a lot of calories trying to figure this out, any help would be appreciated
