remote web workspace but session times out after 15 minutes

Users are able to connect to remote workspace with no problems but their session times out after 15 minutes even if they are working on something.

If they uncheck the box on the logon screen which says they are connecting from a public computer, does the session last longer?
They may not be getting the pop-up warning about the session ending if their browser has a pop-up blocker that prevents the message from showing.  Details: http://blogs.technet.com/sbs/archive/2006/07/25/443383.aspx

While they are connected to their workstation in the office?  If this is the case then I'd suspect that perhaps someone has configured a session limit on their AD User Account Properties.
If its not while they are connected to their workstation's desktop then please provide details of exactly what they are "working on".

NO.  While they are connected to their Remote Workplace session.  They could be connected to their workstation or to their email.
