How do i view the out bound message queue in exchange

i'm getting this error message:

Any ideas?

thanks for that..i can't see the message in the queue...
nor did the the recipiant get his mail...any ideas?

we made a DNS change the yesterday and it looks like AOL doesn't wan't to accecpt our e-mails....
