When connect a Cisco Switch 3750 at Stack the Switch periodically reboots.

we have 4 Switches at Stack, but we need put one more switch but when connect the stack cable and reboots all stack,  the new switch doesnt work and reboots....

do you have any idea?...

Did you introduce the new switch while powered off?  Have you ensured that its member priority value is lower than your existing stack master?  Have you confirmed that the new switch has moved to stack mode when powered up?
