We have 3 "mobile users" using laptops with Norton 360, Windows firewall turned off and connecting from the outside using Watchguards Mobile VPN connection. All connections are set up exactly the same 2 of the three laptops connect, map to the network drives, can browse the network and are working fine.
The third laptop is the problem. No matter how I connect "IE. Dial-Up, LAN, OR W-LAN" It will connect to the VPN "I get the green light" BUT after that I am dead in the water! If I try to click on the mapped network drives it times out after 30 seconds and says that they can not be found or are in use. If I try to brows to a known network server it can not find it.
My Only Clue is in the WatchGuard Mobile VPN Statistics window. Where it says Data (TX) the data just adds up but where it says Data (RX) there is NOTHING? It's sending data but not receiving anything at all.
Other than that I can browse the web and there is no email set up for this account so I can't try to hit the exchange server.
