I am looking for an rss module that would parse and display the content inside my page with my own formatting such thing exists ? anyone ?

I don't think this will do exactly what you want, but I have used RSS Factory Manager  Pro for pulling in news feeds.   They go into an Iframe, as I recall, so it may not be what you want.

But check it out.  Especially the Pro version which has more featuures.
