PDF attachment in Outlook will not open after scanned from Xerox WorkCentre Pro 35

When a document is scanned on a Xerox WorkCentrePro 35 as a PDF and sent as an email attachment, I receive the follwing meesage when it's opened..Banner Line reads "Microsoft Office Outlook" and the text reads "Can't create file Scan001.PDF. Right click the folder you want to create the file In & then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permission for the folder". It was working fine yesterday. Nothing, honestly, nothing has changed. The user is an local administrator on the workstation. If I log in as another user on the same machine, everything is okay.
NEW INFO...IF I ACCESS THE EMAIL THROUGH OUTLOOK WEBACCESS THE PDF OPENS UP FINE. SOMEHOW OUTLOOK IS CAUSING THIS....
