APC PowerChute Network Shutdown Agent

We just purchased some network management cards for our APC SmartUPS 1500 devices and I am trying to get the PowerChute Network Shutdown software to work.  I have the software installed on a test workstation, but I can't figure out how to install the "agent" on the server so that they will shutdown automatically.  Any advices would be helpful.  I've read the included documentation and either it is right in front of me, or its not included.

If the docs on the APC site do not help ( also get the latest version ), I would contact them for support.

I contacted support and I was looking at the software from the wrong perspective.  PowerChute Network Shutdown does not install like the regular version of PowerChute I am familiar with where you have a server and agent install.  The server is actually the network management card int he UPS and the software is the agent.  I guess a diagram in the documentation would of went a long way in my frustration :)
