So I have a user who is on Outlook07. In her calendar under the Month view, she has the drop down arrow in the lower right which if you hover over says "Click for more appointments." Other users print the same calendar (it is shared) in essentially the same view and they can see the little drop down arrow in the lower right on the hardcopy. She doesnt. This includes the print preview function as well. I setup some test appts in my calendar and I can see them on screen. Go to print preview and the little drop down arrow is not there in the lower right.
We need this because the C level person who views the hardcopy cant figure out that without the little drop down arrow in the lower right he thinks he doesnt have any more meetings for that day.
