Outlook 07 "Click for more appointments" drop down arrow on display but not printing or print preview

So I have a user who is on Outlook07.  In her calendar under the Month view, she has the drop down arrow in the lower right which if you hover over says "Click for more appointments."  Other users print the same calendar (it is shared) in essentially the same view and they can see the little drop down arrow in the lower right on the hardcopy.  She doesnt.  This includes the print preview function as well.  I setup some test appts in my calendar and I can see them on screen.  Go to print preview and the little drop down arrow is not there in the lower right.

We need this because the C level person who views the hardcopy cant figure out that without the little drop down arrow in the lower right he thinks he doesnt have any more meetings for that day.

Thanks in advance all.

I'm not sure if there's anything else I could post that would help.  Is there any information that the experts out there would think could help arrive at a solution?

So I never figured this out in Outlook.  Instead I installed the Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007 and that has the setup that will allow me to get the drop down arrows.  I hope this helps one other person out there who's been looking for this solution as well.

Had the same issue, but it was with the Weekly view.  After playing around discovered that if you don't have the Tasks showing at the bottom of the Calendar view, appts set as all day events don't list but you're given the arrow for that day.  However clicking on the arrow does nothing, so it's decpetive.  If you double click on the double arrows a the bottom of the Weekly pane then the Tasks show again, the arrows disappear, and all day events list at the top of the columns.  Just adding this for anyone else who stumbles on this thread.
