P1120 Resource Conflict Error

Replaced DC jack on P1120 laptop with Fujitsu FPCBC06.  Now this display at boot.
USB - FDU Error Resource conflict PCI network controller on mainboard Buss00, Device 12, Function 00
If you press F1 to continue new hardware wizard comes up looking for a driver for the unknown network card??  Any ideas??

seems you shorted / disconnected something  during the replacement - double check the work !
you can also check in device manager if there is an unknown device, and look up it's ven and device numbers in properties - can tell us more

I have rechecked the work and not appears to be shorted or incorrect.
PCV\VEN_1060&DEV_3863&Subsystem driver not installed is listed in msinfo problem devices

1060 = united microelectronics
3863 = nothing found ??  is this number correct?
what laptop is it ?

PCV\VEN_1060&DEV_3863&Subsys_116910CF&REV_01\3&61AAA01&0&90     is the whole string listed in msinfo.  So 3863 appears to me to be the correct number.  Let me know if I am wrong??

All the drivers for Windows XP Os were installed.  The only we have not done is to flash the bios.

that's strange...use the recovery cd then :  http://www.pc-ap.fujitsu.com/support/recovery.html

The issue still exists but if your F1 at startup it works without issue
