I have a plugin in Filemaker 9 for windows called &quot;POP3it&quot; this plugin downloads messages from a specific email account and creates the following fields in a table called &quot;messages&quot;:<br />
1. Requestor<br />
2. Date sent<br />
3. Subject<br />
4. Body<br />

I have a Table for keeping work orders that i manuall enter. I want a button on the &quot;Messages&quot; table that when clicked, It will grab fields 1, 2, 3, and 4 and created a new record in a field called &quot;details&quot;. I want to do this so that when i invoice, the customer see's their request, followed by my work description<br />

anyone with any suggestions please assist me. If there needs to be any relationship pls let me know and any other detail as i am a novice in filemaker.<br />
