I have a Table for keeping work orders that i manuall enter. I want a button on the "Messages" table that when clicked, It will grab fields 1, 2, 3, and 4 and created a new record in a field called "details". I want to do this so that when i invoice, the customer see's their request, followed by my work description

you can either:
put all 4 fields in a variable, create a new record in the details table, then paste the variable in it.
or
link the message table to the details table using the message ID or something similar: this way, the details field could be auto-entered/from calculation.
if you choose the 1st way, it is still interesting to keep a link in between the tables to be able to find later on which message matches which details and vice-versa.
