SET ANSI_NULLS ON
SET ANSI_NULL_DFLT_ON ON
SET ANSI_PADDING ON
SET ANSI_WARNINGS ON
SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER ON

if i do the same in mysql trigger it is giving error as Unknown system variable 'ANSI_NULLS'.

MySQL does not have any of those.
>SET ANSI_NULLS ON
in MySQL, that is the behaviour anyhow.
SET ANSI_NULLS OFF -> would mean that NULL + something = something, with SET ANSI_NULLS ON   -> NULL + something = NULL
