FTP upload

 Hi experts!

 Im very experience VB6 programmer, but new to Visual Studio 2008 . I have project with C#  , WindowsForms and Framework 2.0. I need to send files via FTP with support resume on Windows 2003 server IIS. Files will be with size 50-100 MB. Can somebody offer example? Other  maybe I need addition component if there no build in  function Framework 2.0?
I need VERY stable solution.
